For patients with tumors of endometrioid histology: |
- Cervical stromal invasion (stage II), regardless of other uterine risk factors

- Age 70 years or older with one uterine risk factor
|
- Age 50 years or older with two uterine risk factors
|
- Or age 18 years or older with three uterine risk factors
|
Uterine risk factors included grade 2 or 3 tumor, outer-half depth of invasion, and lymphovascular invasion. Positive or negative peritoneal cytology was allowed. |
For patients with serous or clear cell tumors: |
- Stage I to II disease, with negative peritoneal cytology
