Treatment of juxta-anastomotic stenosis in an AV fistula

The fistulogram (A) shows a severe juxta-anastomotic stenosis (arrow). Following balloon angioplasty (B), the appearance of the region is improved (arrow) and the AV fistula regained normal pulsations.
