Spinal myxopapillary ependymoma
Sagittal T1-weighted contrast-enhanced (A), sagittal T2-weighted (B), and axial T1-weighted contrast-enhanced (C) magnetic resonance spine images show an enhancing intradural mass (circles) involving the cauda equina. Image A shows enhancement along the conus medullaris and adjacent focal nodular enhancement concerning for leptomeningeal spread (arrows). At the time of resection, pathology was confirmed a myxopapillary ependymoma, World Health Organization (WHO) grade 2.
