Needle entry site

The ultrasound images show the tip of the needle as it is about to puncture the vein wall at the "12 o'clock" position. Look for flattening of the top of the vein wall in the "out of plane" (A) view, and look for indentation/deflection of the top of the vein wall on the "in plane" (B) view.
