ECG in a child with a large VSD associated with elevated PVR and right-to-left shunting

ECG in a child with a large VSD associated with elevated PVR and right-to-left shunting
ECG obtained in a child with a large VSD associated with elevated PVR and right-to-left shunting. Notable findings include an increased amplitude of the P wave in lead II consistent with right atrial enlargement and tall R waves in leads V2 and V3 consistent with right ventricular hypertrophy.
ECG: electrocardiogram; VSD: ventricular septal defect; PVR: pulmonary vascular resistance.
