Kissing stents for bilateral aortoiliac disease

Kissing stents for bilateral aortoiliac disease
The images show revascularization for aortoiliac occlusive disease. On the right, there is a common iliac occlusion that is flush with the aorta (arrow; A). The left common iliac artery is stenotic (arrowhead; A). The right common iliac artery occlusion was crossed with a wire introduced from above using brachial access (dashed arrow; B) with snaring of bilateral wires introduced from both groins (thick arrows; C). Treatment was completed with deployment of kissing stents into the common iliac arteries bilaterally (short arrows; D).
