Chains of transplantation

Chains of transplantation
A nondirected donor donates to a recipient of an incompatible pair. Rather than the chain terminating in the donation to a recipient on the deceased donor waitlist, the last donor serves as a bridge, propagating the chain.
NDD: nondirected donor.
