ECG ARVC terminal activation delay

ECG ARVC terminal activation delay
A 12-lead ECG from a 23-year-old patient with ARVC and a PKP2 mutation. T-wave inversion is observed in leads V1 to V4. Also present is termination activation delay (TAD). TAD is defined as a slowed S wave upstroke (>55 milliseconds from nadir of S wave back to baseline and completion of the QRS complex).
ECG: electrocardiogram; ARVC: arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy.
