ECG ARVC epsilon wave and T-wave inversions

ECG ARVC epsilon wave and T-wave inversions
A 12-lead ECG from a 46-year-old patient with ARVC with a PKP2 mutation. T-wave inversion in leads V1 through V4 is observed as well as the presence of an epsilon wave. The epsilon wave appears as a discrete deflection in leads V1, V2, and V3, which follows the QRS complex.
ECG: electrocardiogram; ARVC: arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy.
