Comparative safety of antiseizure medication monotherapy during pregnancy. Overall rates (%) of major congenital malformations for different antiseizure medication monotherapies as revealed by different registries: NAAPR[1] and EURAP[2]. The total sample size (n) included in each treatment is also presented; studies of <50 patients were not included.
