Neuraxial procedures in obstetric patients receiving low molecular weight heparin
Decision aid for urgent or emergency neuraxial procedures in the obstetric patient receiving LMWH. Assume normal renal function, body weight >40 kg, and no other contraindications to neuraxial anesthesia.
