Use of porcine small intestine submucosa to bridge epithelial gap after excision of synthetic mesh

Two examples of the use of 4-ply Biodesign in the posterior compartment (akin to a skin graft), to bridge epithelial gaps, when reapproximation of the epithelial edges would have resulted in significant vaginal constriction.
