Replantation partial thumb amputation
An incomplete amputation of the thumb (A) with injury to multiple digital arteries was reconstructed by bone fixation and vascular reconstruction using a vein graft harvested from a cutaneous forearm vein (B). At nine months postoperatively, the thumb regained good function (C, D).
