Hand replantation
The patient shown in the figures suffered a traumatic transradial amputation of the left hand (A). He was treated with replantation of the hand (B), hand fasciotomy (C), and partial wound closure (D). Five years postoperatively, he had good range of motion with reasonable flexion (E) and good extension of his fingers (F).
