* Decolonize/sterilize pacifiers and reusable bottle nipples by boiling after each use. Refer to UpToDate content on problems of breastfeeding for information on candidal decolonization of the nipples of breastfeeding women.
¶ Nystatin suspension may be squirted into the mouth or applied with gauze or a cotton swab.
