Noncaseating granulomas in pulmonary sarcoidosis

(A) Low-power view shows extensive infiltration by noncaseating granulomas distributed along the pleura, interlobular septa, and bronchovascular bundles.
(B) Accumulation of T-lymphocytes, macrophages, epithelioid cells, and multinucleated giant cells organized into discrete structures (granulomas).
