Lateral elbow tissue atrophy from steroid injection

The photograph shows soft tissue atrophy and hypopigmentation in the region of the lateral epicondyle. The patient had received glucocorticoid injections in this region as part of their treatment for lateral epicondylitis (ie, tennis elbow).
