Positive predictive value of cell-free fetal DNA screening for fetal trisomies by maternal age
Data are percentages unless otherwise specified. Positive predictive values were obtained using the NIPT/Cell Free DNA Screening Predictive Value Calculator from the Perinatal Quality Foundation.[1] The calculations are based on prevalence at 16 weeks of gestation using sensitivities and specificities obtained from Gil and colleagues.[2]
