Nonmucinous adenocarcinoma in situ
(A) This circumscribed nonmucinous tumor grows purely with a lepidic pattern. No foci of invasion or scarring are seen.
(B) The tumor shows atypical pneumocytes proliferating along the slightly thickened, but preserved, alveolar walls.
