Computed tomography of panbronchiolitis

Diffuse panbronchiolitis in a Japanese-American patient. Extensive bilateral centrilobular nodules with a tree-in-bud pattern and bronchial wall thickening are seen, features that are typical of infectious bronchiolitis and bronchitis.
