Computed tomography of respiratory bronchiolitis

Axial CT scans show multiple small solid and ground-glass centrilobular nodules with upper lobe predominance. Mild bibasal, subpleural, reticular opacities indicate age-related and smoking-related pulmonary fibrosis.
