Wrist flexion exercise
The exercise shown is intended to strengthen the wrist flexor muscles. While holding an appropriate dumbbell with their palm facing upward, the patient flexes their wrist as much as possible, holds the position for two seconds, and then slowly lowers it to the starting position.
