Warm-up
Strength exercises* for rotator cuff and scapular stabilizers:
  • Shoulder abduction to 90 degrees
  • Side-lying external rotation
  • Prone horizontal abduction
  • Prone rowing
  • Prone rowing to external rotation
General strength exercises*:
  • Plank
  • Left and right side plank
  • Bridges with leg extensions
  • Press-ups
  • Push-ups
Mobility exercises*:
  • Internal rotation (sleeper) stretch
  • Posterior rotator cuff stretch
