Warm-up
Strength exercises* for rotator cuff and scapular stabilizers:
Shoulder abduction to 90 degrees
Side-lying external rotation
Prone horizontal abduction
Prone rowing
Prone rowing to external rotation
General strength exercises*:
Plank
Left and right side plank
Bridges with leg extensions
Press-ups
Push-ups
Mobility exercises*:
Internal rotation (sleeper) stretch
Posterior rotator cuff stretch
