Lying and standing W stretches for chest
Two basic static stretches for the chest musculature are pictured above. For the standing stretch, stand about 1 meter (3 feet) from a corner with one hand placed on each wall at shoulder height, elbows at 90 degrees. Lean into the corner slowly.
