Dosing: Adult
Dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, hyperkeratotic skin conditions

Dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, hyperkeratotic skin conditions: Topical:

Body wash: Apply liberally to body; work into lather and rinse off; repeat as needed.

Cleansing bar: Wash affected areas in place of regular soap at least twice weekly or as directed.

Cream, spray: Apply to affected area 1 to 3 times daily or as directed.

Shampoo, conditioner: Use at least twice weekly for best results, but may be used with each washing.

Tinea versicolor

Tinea versicolor (off-label use): Topical: Shampoo 1%, 2%: Apply to affected area(s) of damp skin, lather, leave on 5 minutes, and rinse; repeat once daily for 2 weeks (Fredriksson 1983; Goldstein 2022).

Administration: Adult

Topical: For topical use only; avoid eyes.

Body wash: Apply wash onto a wet washcloth, sponge, pouf, or hands and apply to body; work into a rich lather and rinse well.

Cleansing bar: Lather bar using warm water and massage into affected areas; rinse well.

Shampoo: Shake well. Apply to wet hair and massage into scalp leaving on for several minutes; rinse and repeat if desired.

Dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, hyperkeratotic skin conditions: Relieves the itching, irritation, and flaking associated with dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, and other hyperkeratotic skin conditions.
