MRA of the aorta and great vessels in GCA

Stenosis of the proximal and distal right subclavian artertery in a patient with large vessel GCA. The right axillary artery is completely occluded; the right brachial artery is reconstituted via collateral channels. The distal left subclavian artery is severely stenosed.
