(A) Parasagittal MR angiography image of the aorta demonstrates diffuse thickening and peripheral enhancement of the aortic wall along the aortic arch, the descending aorta, and the proximal abdominal aorta in a patient with biopsy-proven GCA.
(B) High-resolution, axial-delayed MR angiography image of the aorta shows thickening and enhancement of the aortic wall.
